The plan starts at $50 for 500 minutes, unlimited text messaging, and unlimited non-streaming data. This "non-streaming data" plan means that you can only use 70 MB per month of streaming data (video or audio from the internet), but unlimited non-streaming data (everything except for video or audio from the internet). I find this a very good idea to offer an unlimited non-streaming data plan. This is because a huge portion of the data people use on their smartphone comes from YouTube videos, which are streaming data. Allowing only 70 MB of streaming data allows C-Spire's plan to be much more affordable.
