NASA Releases Mindblowing Video From a Space Shuttle
A lot of us have always wanted to ride in a space shuttle. Unfortunately, we've had to settle for on-board videos that NASA puts up on the web, unless you don't mind 10 years of astronaut training or a multi-million dollar free for a space ride. But, our technology isn't advanced enough to capture the entire thrill of riding in a spaceship. Until now.
NASA just released videos from on-board a solid rocket booster. Sure, they've put videos like this up before, but this one is the only mind blowing one. Why? Well, first, it's in HD, so you can really see the action better. Second, Skywalker sound was able to almost replicate the exact sound you'd be hearing. Oh yeah, and see those numbers in the upper right hand corner? They're the speed, in mph, of the aircraft. Wow.
