A 3D camera at an affordable price... just in time for the holiday season!

Fujifilm has just released the Fujifilm FinePix Real 3D W3 Camera, a camera capable of taking 3D pictures and videos. I bet you're bursting with questions. Here are your answers.

Q: How can a camera take 3D pictures and videos?
A: 3D cameras are able to take 3D photos and videos by using two lenses instead of one. You know how in 3D images there is one red picture and one blue picture? When you put on the one red and one blue eyeglasses, both pictures come Prtogether. So this camera has one lens take one picture, the other lens take another, and because the two lenses are as far apart as our eyes, when the two pictures come together, you get a 3D image.

Q: Does this camera connect to a 3D TV?
A: Yes, through a HDMI cord.

Q: What if I don't have a 3D TV?
A: The camera features a 3.5" LCD screen on the back that is capable of viewing 3D images and videos... without any 3D glasses!

Q: How many megapixels does this camera take pictures with?
A: 10.

Q: Can this camera shoot HD video?
A: Yes! It can shoot 720p HD video, though it cannot shoot full HD 1080p video.

Q: Can this also take 2D pictures and videos as well as a regular camera?
A: No, it can take 2D pictures and videos even better than a regular camera, because it uses one lens to shoot the picture straight on, and the other from a wide angle. It puts the two pictures together and creates a stunning 2D image!

Q: Wow! How much does this cost?
A: It currently costs $500, though prices of 3D cameras and camcorders are expected to go down.
