My prediction is that bendable screens will become common in 2 years or less from now. Why? First off, as you know, IMEC made a flexible microprocessor (see post "Bendable Screens and Nerd Fashion right around the corner!"). Second, a flexible battery has been made that actually has better performance than stiff batteries! This flexible battery was made by researchers at Korea Advanced Institue of Science and Techhnology (KAIST).
