OS X Lion, new MacBook Air, new Mac Mini, and Thunderbolt Cinema Display are available!

The rumors were right! At 8:30 AM ET today, Mac OS X Lion made its debut along with the new MacBook Air, the Mac Mini, and the LED Cinema display. Tech n' Cars (the first blog to write about this!) goes into depth...

OS X Lion looks a lot like Apple said it would be. It features more multitouch gestures, a launchpad for your apps, full screen apps, resume, which lets you start off right where you were after restarting or turning off your Mac, versions, and over 250 other new features. If you go on the Mac App Store you can upgrade your Mac for just $29.99.

As for the new MacBook Air, it looks so good I'm considering buying one for myself. The aging Core 2 Duo processor has been replaced with new Sandy Bridge i5 and i7 processors. The backlit keyboard that Apple included in the first MacBook Air has returned, and now there is a minimum of 128GB of flash memory and 4GB of RAM, as well as a Thunderbolt port in every model. And somehow the price has stayed the same! ($999 for the base model)

The new Mac Mini was introduced as well! It features new Core i5 and Core i7 processors, 2 times faster graphics and performance, and a Thunderbolt port! Amazing. And it is starting at just $599!!!

As promised, the new Thunderbolt LED Cinema display is available... it can connect via Thunderbolt to your Mac! The only problem is it costs $999.

Well, I'm extremely excited, because both the new MacBook Air, the Mac Mini and Mac OS X Lion look really promising. (The Cinema Display is still cool) But don't forget that more is on the way... a Mac Pro!
