Mistubishi Electric has started to use tech not to dumb the population down, but actually to help the disabled! They are making elevators with voice recognition for the blind people or ones in a wheelchair (Oh, and lazy people too). When activated, this system lets you say the number of the floor you want to go to. It then transports you there, and notifies you when you arrive! This system only works in Japanese for now, and we aren't sure if it will come to America. Well, I've got my fingers crossed!
