Google recently modified its search engine algorithm to crack down on content farms and other low-quality websites that searchers are not typically looking for. Google says that this change will impact 12% of their search results. It will list content farms and low-quality sites that copy content or do not contain infromation that searchers would want to find lower in the search results. Google wouldn't name specific low-quality sites. They did tell us that higher-qualtiy sites would see their stats improve as a byproduct of this change.
